Support Staff (m/f/d)

Full-time (38.5 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week) |
Salzburg, Austria

What are your responsibilities?

  • 1st level support via phone and ticket system
  • Routing and monitoring to 2nd/3rd level support
  • Ongoing customer communication
  • Conduct beta testing for bit media products
  • Creation of documentation for bit media products

What kind of person, education and skills are we looking for?

Personal qualifications

  • Support, customer service, or service industry experience
  • High degree of patience and willingness to learn

  • Excellent etiquette and communication skills

  • Perfect knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Affinity for software solutions
  • Comfortable with Windows, Android, OS

Professional qualifications

  • Completed education
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Good MS Office skills

Salary

The minimum monthly salary according to KV is € 2.223,00 gross (full-time). The actual payment depends on the respective qualification or work experience.
